To complement our logistics operations, I'm urgently seeking a competent professional who can expertly develop a calculator for both domestic and international shipping rates.
Key Requirements:
- The calculator should factor in separately the weight and dimensions of five-gallon products to ascertain domestic shipping costs, with a fixed rate of $25 per item.
- It should also dynamically compute shipping rates based on distance from the delivery destination.
- Knowledge of current market rates and trends in both domestic and international shipping would ensure the creation of an accurate and reliable tool.

- Prior experience in developing similar calculators or tools
- Profound knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and costs
- Excellent numeric and computation skills to ensure accuracy
