E-Commerce Inventory Assistant Needed

I run a growing online retail brand and need help keeping our inventory flow smooth and accurate. Your work will focus exclusively on inventory management—making sure every product count, order, and supplier interaction is up-to-date and error-free so the rest of the team can sell with confidence.
Core responsibilities
• Stock monitoring: update quantities, flag low-stock items, and spot discrepancies before they become problems.
• Order processing: verify each incoming order, create pick/pack slips where needed, and ensure the system reflects real-time deductions.
• Supplier coordination: place replenishment orders, chase shipping confirmations, and log lead times so we never run out of top sellers.
