quickbooks payroll

We have had QuickBooks for a very long time. Right now we are looking for a way to work around the payroll aspect. We have a lot of clients that we do the payroll of and we are trying a way to automate this task. They usually send us a picture with the employees and we will go with that picture and put the employee hours manual, press next, next again, and download the pdf file of the checks, and the Excel file that QuickBooks gives us. We were wording if you can automate this process since there doesn't seem to be a lot of steps in this and it would just be a great time saver
