our company in the USA seeks a freelance bookkeeper/accountant who is proficient in Quickbooks Online (QBO). So far, we did the accounting ourselves but the business is growing too strongly now.
Our accounting team is based in Munich, Germany. So ideally you will not have a big time difference to Central Europe.
Task:
- Importing invoices from our ERP Systems to QBO
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivables management
- Preparing US sales tax returns
- Preparing monthly P&L reports
