QuickBooks Desktop Reconciliation and Cleanup

I need help cleaning up my QB desktop pro plus 2024. more specifically I want to set price levels for each customer. I have 500 customers who all get "treatments," but each customer's treatment is a different price. i think there is a way to set the price for each customer but I do not know how.
