Quick books desktop data entry

have 12 months of checking/credit card statements that I want to have entered into Quickbooks and have the file sent to me for editing by me. After this project, I would like to send statements every month so I can stay current with this data entry. The only problem is that I use Quickbooks Pro 2019 and don't want to use the online version.
