Produce custom invoices in my quickbooks 2009 pro

I have a small assisted living facility, 20 Residents (Customers). I currently produce invoices in Quickbooks to bill my customers. I would like more automatic features than available in Quickbooks, specifically to (1) Produce Invoices for all 20 customers automatically, (2) automatically insert into the invoices a billing date of my choosing, and (3) automatically insert the correct billing amount per specific customer, and automatically insert the correct month of services as provided by me. Must print and save the finished invoices in quickbooks.
