NEXT ERP and QuickBooks – Configuration & Customization

We are looking for an experienced developer/consultant to help with NEXT ERP and QuickBooks integration, configuration, and customization.

Scope of Work:

Configure NEXT ERP to work seamlessly with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).

Customize workflows, forms, and modules in NEXT ERP as per business requirements.

Set up QuickBooks API integration for automated data sync (customers, invoices, payments, etc.).

Troubleshoot and fix any existing integration issues.

Ensure proper OAuth 2.0 authentication and token refresh handling.

Test and validate the data flow between both systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience in NEXT ERP configuration and module customization.

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online/Desktop API.

Understanding of accounting workflows and ERP processes.

Ability to map and sync data fields correctly between ERP and QuickBooks.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Deliverables:

Fully configured NEXT ERP and QuickBooks integration.

Customized modules and workflows as required.

Documentation for configuration and integration steps.

Testing report with confirmed data sync results.

Bonus Skills (Optional):

Experience with ERPNext (if NEXT ERP refers to ERPNext).

Familiarity with other accounting/ERP integrations.
