Migration QuickBooks Online Data to Another QuickBooks Online Version

Hello,
We want to migrate our QuickBooks Online data to another subscription of QuickBooks online. That migration shall include everything from our books.
Work Scope
1 data shall be downloaded from the QB Online and 2nd one shall be imported from QB Advance. Data of both books shall be imported in one QB Online version.
Please note: There is not migration tool and our subscription doesn't support or download any migration file which can be uploaded to another version as we have Saudi version. Only US versions supports/download migration files.
It's all manual labor work through downloading and uploading excel files.
Our books are multinational book keeping. So there are multiple banks, locations etc.
Once data migration/cloning is done. Balance should match to decimals.
