Finalize Quickbooks & Vendhq Intergration

I have been trying to intergrate VendHQ with Quickbooks for some time now and time has run out on me to get it finished and finalized.
Mainly I have an issue with the Store Credit not being recorded properly on the Quickbooks side so I would need major assistance on that part. Beyond that everything else is fairly straight forward.
The issue is In VendHQ the storecredit has to be entered as a minus figure eventhough it being collected as cash. So once it goes over to Quickbooks it also records as a minus figure. Do I reverse it manually and add liability or not
