Extracting the Data from Backup File - with Extension File QBB

I would like to extract the data from Quickbook backup file. When I try to "restore a backup copy" it gives me this window written as "This file was not created with the USD version of Quickbooks.

I need an assistance to extract the data or at least view the all detail.
