Custom Quotes Input Assistant

I am in need of an assistant to help input custom quotes for clients. The details of these quotes are currently in a mixture of formats and will need to be sent out via email as well as on workorders.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with various formats
- Previous experience handling custom quotes is a plus
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally, as this will involve correspondence with clients
- Previous experience in customer service to enhance client interactions.
- Familiar with Quickbooks Online
