Automation Specialist for QuickBooks Online and PDF BOL Form Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us streamline our workflow by automating the process of filling out a standard PDF Bill of Lading (BOL) form and syncing it with our QuickBooks Online account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, automation, and integration, and will be able to set up a custom integration that automatically populates the necessary information on the PDF BOL form when an invoice is generated in QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and set up a custom integration between QuickBooks Online and the standard PDF BOL form
- Automate the process of populating the product case dimensions, customer shipping address, and number of packages on the PDF BOL form when an invoice is generated in QuickBooks Online
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the integration process
- Work independently to ensure that the integration process is accurate and efficient
Requirements:
- Strong background in software development, automation, and integration
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and PDF form filling tools
- Ability to set up custom integrations and automate data population on PDF forms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our team
Budget and Payment Terms:
We are offering a budget of $100 for this project. Please note that we will only make payment through the Freelancer app, and any requests for payment outside of Freelancer will be reported.
