Wordpress Recruiter
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented recruiter to help filter and assess job applications for a long-term WordPress developer role. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Step 1: Instruction Compliance – Checking that applicants have followed all instructions in the job post.
✅ Step 2: Salary Agreement – Confirming that candidates are comfortable with the offered salary ($300/month, increasing to $500 after probation).
✅ Step 3: Skill Assessment – Verifying candidates' experience, ensuring they are genuine WordPress developers with real portfolio work.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Experienced in recruitment or candidate screening
✔ Strong attention to detail to identify fake or unsuitable applications
✔ Able to communicate clearly and professionally with applicants
✔ Familiar with WordPress development (a plus, but not essential)
