Voice of the SMB Customer
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We need to do interviews with 100 small businesses in the US. We expect the freelancer to recruit the SMBs, conduct the interviews, and prepare the transcripts and complete this activity in the next 2 weeks.
Pls find below some details:
Expected distribution of interviews by SMB headcount:
1) Micro: 1-10 employees (50% of sample)
2) Small: 11-100 employees (40%)
3) Medium: 101-500 employees (10%)
Target personas:
1) Persona 1 (25% of sample): SMBs who are offline but are now interested to venture into digital storefronts led commerce in the next 12 months
2) Persona 2 (50% of sample): SMBs with existing website and now looking to meaningfully join the eCommerce bandwagon through a digital storefront in the next 12 months
3) Persona 3 (25% of sample): SMBs selling online through own eCommerce storefronts
Vertical agnostics, but there should be a healthy mix of SMBs offering products and services
