Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a competent European man (24 years or older) who can step in as my proxy during scheduled interviews. You will speak on my behalf, drive the conversation, probe for details, and then send me a concise written summary of every session. Because the role is front-facing, flawless spoken and written English is non-negotiable.
Your background should already include hands-on experience conducting interviews—comfortable guiding candidates, following up intelligently, and keeping the discussion on track. Technical awareness is a welcome bonus; if you can follow or even contribute to topics in Python, JavaScript, or Java, you will find it easier to ask relevant questions when developers are on the other side of the call.
We will meet over Zoom or Google Meet. In most cases I’ll supply the brief and key questions a day in advance, then rely on you to run the call independently and deliver a clear summary right after.
