Video Interviews for Management Candidates
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My business needs a skilled interviewer to run the first-round video interviews for 1–5 shortlisted management candidates. I will forward you each résumé and a brief on the role; you will then schedule and host the calls on Zoom.
During each session, your focus is to probe leadership style, technical expertise and real-time problem-solving ability, ensuring the conversation stays productive and respectful while reflecting well on our brand. At the end of every call, please supply a concise evaluation that scores the three key qualities, flags any concerns and ends with a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
Deliverables
• Video recording or link for each interview
• A written assessment (PDF or Google Doc) covering leadership, technical depth, problem-solving, red flags and overall recommendation
Everything—interviews and reports—should be wrapped up within one week of receiving the candidate list.
