Traveling Interviewer for Hiring Drives

I am organizing back-to-back entry-level hiring drives across some countries in Asia and need a male/female interviewer who can join me on the road immediately. Your main purpose on each 5–6-day trip is to sit with our in-house recruiter, run short face-to-face interviews with large applicant groups, and hand me a clear, reliable shortlist before we leave each city.

You should be experienced in high-volume interviewing and comfortable making quick, structured pass/fail decisions. The job requires frequent travel at short notice; hence, a valid passport and the ability to pack quickly are essential. Flights, hotels, and ground transport will be covered, along with a separate professional fee for every trip.

Deliverables:
- Conduct on-site screening of roughly 200 candidates per trip alongside my recruiter.
- Submit daily shortlist spreadsheets and interview notes before midnight local time.
- Provide a final brief call and consolidated report within 24 hours of the last interview.

Acceptance Criteria:
- At least 90% of shortlisted profiles must meet our baseline eligibility grid.
- All documentation must be submitted on time.
