Technical Video Interview Specialist
Budget: $8 – $15 USD

Our team is scaling fast and I’m ready to hand the interview chair to someone who can run structured video interviews for our technical openings. You’ll take over once résumés are screened, jump on Zoom / Google Meet with shortlisted candidates, probe their technical depth as well as their communication skills, and deliver concise assessments that make our next-step decisions easy.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Host live video interviews at mutually agreed slots.
• Follow a question set we’ll refine together, adding your own follow-ups when useful.
• Record key responses, behavioural cues and a clear hire / no-hire recommendation in the template I provide within 24 hours of each call.
• Flag any red-flags immediately so we can react fast.
I’m looking for someone who speaks and writes polished English, is comfortable discussing concepts such as data structures, APIs and version control, and can keep candidates engaged while digging for real substance. Experience with ATS notes and basic calendaring tools is a plus, but I’ll give you the process rundown during a short kickoff.
