Tech Talent Recruiter Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced recruiter who can quickly identify and engage mid-level Software Development talent for a growing technology company. You’ll take full ownership of the hiring funnel—from sourcing and initial outreach through résumé screening, first-round interviews, and presenting a curated shortlist with your recommendations.
Success for this project means:
• A pipeline of qualified, interview-ready mid-level software engineers that match our role profiles
• Detailed candidate notes and interview feedback recorded in our ATS (or your own tracker if preferred)
• Weekly progress reports so I can see sourcing volume, response rates, and next steps
• Final delivery of at least three strong, hire-ready finalists per open requisition
I work best with recruiters who already have a solid network in the tech space and are comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and modern Boolean search tactics.
