I require an experienced professional who can conduct interviews for the position of project manager among 30 candidates. The goal is to select 5 suitable candidates based on a range of criteria.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough interviews, focusing on essential qualifications and skills which include strong leadership and excellent communication skills, as well as experience in managing complex projects
• Assess candidates for their technical knowledge, especially in WordPress and Flutter/React
• Make informed selection decisions keeping our specific project requirements into consideration
Ideal Candidate
• Extensive experience in recruitment, especially in the tech industry
• Proven track record of picking high-performing project managers
• In-depth understanding of best practices for project management, including tools and frameworks like WordPress and Flutter/React are considered a strong advantage
