About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior-Level Engineers to conduct technical interviews on behalf of top-tier candidates applying to remote software roles in the US tech market.
This role is interview-only: no coding, no project delivery, no development work. Your focus will be using your technical experience and fluent English to represent vetted developer profiles during technical assessments and screening calls.
You’ll act as a proxy technical caller, helping our team secure long-term US contracts by successfully passing interview rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in live technical interviews on behalf of our developer profiles
- Represent senior-level candidates (US, BR, AR, CO, etc.) across Full Stack, Backend, or AI/ML roles
- Demonstrate strong communication, domain knowledge, and engineering expertise
- Help secure offers by performing confidently and accurately during technical assessments
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Strong knowledge in system design, architecture, and full stack development principles
- Fluent spoken English (C1+ level) — able to articulate technical ideas clearly
- Open to using a provided developer identity for interviews
- Available for flexible part-time collaboration
No coding, no long hours — just strategic, high-impact interviews
Nice to Have
- Experience as a tech lead, interviewer, or hiring panelist
- Prior success representing developer profiles in outsourced or proxy interview scenarios
- Spanish, German or Portuguese proficiency is a plus (not required)
