Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant to support our recruitment efforts and assist the management team in building an exceptional workforce. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns, including job postings and candidate outreach
Conduct interviews and screen candidates to identify top talent
Onboard new employees and facilitate orientations
Support performance review processes, including scheduling and documentation
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma
Previous HR experience is preferred, but candidates with great energy and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, and Skype
Willingness to travel as needed
