Recruiter for Affordable Housing Administrator -- 2

Recruiter to help hire two experienced California Affordable Housing administrators to head up new utility program offering free energy improvements to low income affordable housing apartment complexes. Will recruit and complete preliminary interviews and screening. Recruiter must be US-based, preferably in California. Experience in recruiting in public or non-profit sectors important.

Jobs being recruited involve NO Sales. All improvements and services are provided at no cost for low-income complexes, paid for by local utility. New hires will supervise explanation of program and enrollment of affordable complexes in greater San Fransisco and Greater Los Angeles metroplexes. Leads to Project Director overseeing work installation as well. Candidates will have several years' experience working as an administrator for affordable housing association(s).
