We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter at Lexi Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing business.
Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for various roles.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to making offers.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
4. Knowledge of the pen manufacturing industry is a plus.
