Recruit 80–100 Car Drivers for Service-Centre Pickup & Drop Operations

We are looking for a freelancer/agency experienced in manpower hiring to help us recruit 80–100 qualified car drivers for our pickup & drop services at multiple service centres. The drivers will be on our company payroll.

Driver Requirements:

Valid car driving licence

Minimum 2–3 years driving experience

Eligible to drive white-board cars

Must pass background verification

Salary range: ₹27,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Freelancer Responsibilities:

Source and screen suitable driver candidates

Ensure documents and experience meet requirements

Coordinate initial interviews

Provide a verified list of shortlisted candidates

Ideal Freelancer:

Experience in blue-collar recruitment / driver hiring

Strong network or database of drivers

Ability to deliver high volume hiring quickly

Deliverables:

80–100 verified, eligible driver profiles ready for onboarding
