Record Candidate Interviews Video
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Up to ten candidates need to be interviewed on my behalf. Each session should cover personal background and experience, skills and qualifications, as well as the usual behavioural and situational questions. I will pay $30 for every completed interview, but we will start with a single test interview to make sure the flow, questioning style, and recording quality meet the brief before I commit the rest of the roster to you.
High-definition video and clear audio are mandatory. A quiet setting, good lighting, and a stable camera angle will help keep the footage usable for later review. After each interview, send me:
• The full-length HD video file
• An audio-only track if separate recording is available
Turnaround for the test run is flexible within a couple of days; we can schedule the remaining interviews immediately once that first file is approved.
