Native English Tech Interview Partner

I’m expanding our technology team and need a native-level English speaker to run the first-round video interviews with shortlisted applicants. You’ll be the face of our company during these calls, asking both behavioural and high-level technical questions, probing for culture fit, and logging concise notes directly in our ATS.
To build immediate trust with candidates, you must maintain active public profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
Familiarity with common SaaS, cloud and Agile roles will help you quickly recognise genuine expertise and spot red flags.
Deliverables
• Conduct 30-minute video interviews for an initial batch of 8 tech candidates
• Submit a written summary of communication skills, technical depth, cultural alignment and salary expectations within 24 hours of each call
• Provide a clear recommendation: hire / consider / decline
