Mid-Level Tech Recruiter Needed

I need support filling several mid-level roles within a growing technology team. You’ll take ownership of the first-round screening process, speaking with each applicant for roughly 20–30 minutes over Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Clear, fluent English is essential to ensure that candidates experience a smooth and professional interaction.
Here’s how I see the flow: Everything is done, calls scheduled and dates set. Your work is just to carry out the interview, and rate the candidates using the guidelines we will provide.
You are comfortable guiding conversations with talent, and you can quickly recognize whether their experience genuinely matches a mid-level brief rather than entry- or senior-level expectations. A calm video presence and punctuality on both Zoom and Teams will make this project run smoothly.
Deliverables for each candidate:
• Confirmed interview time and completed call
• One-page summary of strengths, concerns, and your recommendation
