You will:
• Conduct phone interviews (15–20 mins) with each candidate (questions provided)
• Evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and fit for a fast-paced sales environment
• Provide short written evaluations and a final shortlist of top candidates

• A structured interview script

• An evaluation template to complete after each interview
