Mid-Level Interviewer – Soft Skills
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for someone who can step in as the primary interviewer for a series of upcoming mid-level hiring rounds. Your task is to run each interview end-to-end, probe beyond résumé highlights, and give me a clear read on every candidate’s soft-skill profile—communication, collaboration style, problem-solving approach, and cultural fit.
Here’s how I picture the flow: I’ll forward you the job description, résumés, and any must-ask technical questions in advance. You’ll schedule a 30- to 45-minute video call with each applicant, guide the conversation toward real-world scenarios, and take structured notes. Afterward, I need a concise report for each person that scores their soft skills against my rubric and flags any concerns or standout strengths.
Deliverables
• Calendar invites sent and confirmed with all candidates
• Live video interviews conducted (recording optional)
• One-page assessment per candidate focused on soft-skill fit
