Mid-Level Candidate Interview Screening

I have a requirement to complete 50 interviews within 3 days and follow the below instructions carefully:

1. Interview & Skill Assessment:

Call and interview each candidate.

Assess their technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the required role.



2. Relocation Discussion:

Inform every candidate that this opportunity involves relocation to Germany after they receive the job contract.

Confirm their willingness to relocate.



3. Language Requirement:

For shortlisted candidates, explain that they must complete basic German language training within 30 days.

After that, they will attend a final interview with the German employer.



4. Report Submission:

After completing all interviews, submit a report with the following details:

Candidate Name & Contact Number

Skill Rating (out of 10)

Willingness to Relocate (Yes/No)

Recommended for Next Stage (Yes/No)
