Job Interview Assistant Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a fast-growing technology firm and need reliable help with our job-candidate pipeline. Your core role is twofold: first, craft sharp, role-specific interview questions that reveal both technical depth and soft-skill fit; second, hop on live calls to conduct the interviews themselves and capture concise assessments for our hiring panel.
Because these are job interviews in the tech sector, an assured command of English at native or C2 level is essential—you’ll be guiding candidates through sometimes complex discussions and must sound clear and professional at all times. A U.S. accent is a plus, but what matters most is fluency, confidence and cultural familiarity. You should have a stable, high-speed connection that handles back-to-back video calls without glitches and the flexibility to be available at least four hours daily; time slots may vary as applicants span multiple time zones.
Deliverables
• A question set for each open position, reviewed and refined with me before use
• 15- to 30-minute video interviews conducted via Zoom or Google Meet
• A short written evaluation for every candidate within one hour of completing the call
