Interviewing Mid-Level Ophthalmologists
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I need a seasoned recruiter to step in and run the interview stage for me. Your role will be to:
• Find and source candidates with relevant experience in Germany.
• Design a concise, competency-based interview framework that highlights each candidate’s years of experience in the field.
• Schedule and conduct video or phone interviews with roughly 10–15 mid-level ophthalmologists.
• Evaluate their familiarity with surgical equipment, ability to communicate technical details, and overall fit for the company culture.
• Recommend the strongest finalists and flag any concerns so I can move quickly to offers and onboarding.
