Hospital Readmission Data Collection
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
In this project, extensive field-work in a hospital setting will be necessary. The aim is to conduct thorough interviews targeting doctors, nurses, parents and a couple of administrators. The primary focus is to try and understand why readmission occurs after a patient has been discharged.
For effective execution of this task, the following skills and experiences are necessary:
1. Interview Skills: You should have experience in conducting professional interviews, as well as a knack for extracting relevant information.
2. Transcription Ability: Once the interviews are done, there will be a need to transcribe the audio documents into written format.
3. Survey Experience: Apart from the interviews, there will be a need to conduct about 20 surveys.
4. Research Skills: A substantial part of this task will involve analyzing and interpreting the collected data for the purpose of research.
