Global Interview for candidate selection

Job ID: 39836733

Budget: $750 – $1,500 SGD

I’m putting together a small team of seasoned interviewers and need one key person who is ready to hop on a plane whenever required. Your core mission is straightforward: travel to our offices and partner sites around the world, sit down with shortlisted candidates, and run structured job interviews for mid-level roles.

Here’s what the assignment looks like from my side: we book and pay for every flight, hotel, ground transfer, visa, and daily allowance. You focus entirely on interviewing: preparing questions from our competency matrix, leading the sessions, and writing clear assessment notes right after each meeting. Most trips last two to four days and can happen on short notice, so a flexible passport and an eagerness to see new places are essential.

To be successful you should already have solid experience evaluating talent—ideally across several cultures—and be comfortable representing a hiring manager who might be thousands of miles away. Familiarity with standard interview frameworks, behavioral questioning, and unbiased scoring is critical. Fluency in English is required; any extra language skills are a bonus.

Deliverables for every trip:
• A concise interview schedule agreed with the local HR contact before departure
• Candidate scorecards and written recommendations within 24 hours of each interview
• A short trip summary report covering any process improvements or market insights discovered on-site

If you can combine sharp assessment skills with a traveler’s mindset, let’s talk; the first assignment is already lined up.
