Global HR Executives For Pre-Screening

I am onboarding several independent HR field executives to carry out the first-round pre-screening of Indian applicants who are heading into overseas placements. I specifically need professionals physically based in the USA, Canada and Australia; I can also accommodate specialists working from the UAE, Singapore or Malaysia, as long as time-zone coordination with India remains practical.

Your background must already include recruiting for blue-collar and grey-collar roles and conducting structured pre-screening interviews. Familiarity with trade-skills verification, soft-skills assessment and basic document checks is essential because I expect every shortlisted candidate’s readiness to be clear before they reach my internal team.

Core deliverables
• Complete a concise pre-screening call (voice or video) for each assigned applicant.
• Capture eligibility notes, employment history highlights and red-flag observations in the provided template.
• Submit the report within 24 hours of the interview so my team can decide on the next round.

The interaction volume will vary week to week, so flexibility is an advantage. If you already use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, you’ll integrate smoothly into the workflow; otherwise, I can provide access. All communication with candidates will be in English or Hindi, whichever the applicant prefers.
