I’m streamlining the hiring of our next Operations Coordinator and need an experienced interviewer who can accurately gauge a candidate’s real-world ability to run premium travel operations.
Here’s the flow you’ll own
• Host a 30–45 minute remote video interview with each shortlisted applicant.
• Probe their tour-setup knowledge, supplier coordination methods, and digital content upkeep.
• Evaluate three non-negotiables: proven experience in the travel industry, razor-sharp attention to detail, and strong communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Review their short practical task (sent beforehand) during the call.
• Submit structured written feedback plus a clear hire / no-hire recommendation within 24 hours.
What I’ll supply
• A question bank, scoring rubric, and sample answers so you can jump straight in.
• Calendar access for easy scheduling and full flexibility on time zones.
• A direct Slack channel for quick clarifications—concise, candid communication is the norm here.
Deliverables
1. Completed interview notes using our template (one per candidate).
