Entry-Level Marketing Interview Conductor Needed

I’ve lined up a few candidates for an at home sales position and need an experienced interviewer to step in for roughly two hours of phone interviews . Your job is to guide each interview, probe for genuine sales aptitude and communication skills, and keep the sessions on schedule while putting candidates at ease.
After the last call, I’ll need a succinct written summary for each candidate that captures key strengths, potential red flags, and an overall hire / no-hire recommendation so I can move forward quickly. If you already have a proven interview framework or a favorite scorecard template, feel free to use it—just let me know ahead of time so I can align my criteria.
Please be available during a single two-hour block this week, comfortable interviewing fresh graduates or early-career talent, and able to share your approach to evaluating culture fit and coachability in a sales-oriented environment.
