You will be given name & phone number to call the customer. You will ask questions like these to understand why the user uses our app:
How did you find our app? What were you looking for?
Which solutions have you tried before?
What made you look for new solutions?
How did you find the result with our app? Where do you want to use your photo after editing?
You have to be very good at to interview in a conversational way.
