Conduct Zoom Receptionist Interviews
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m searching for an experienced interviewer who can take over a batch of receptionist interviews for overseas placements. All sessions will run on Zoom, and I’ll supply a structured question set in advance, so you can focus entirely on probing, clarifying, and assessing each candidate’s suitability.
The conversations must be held in clear, professional English. After every call, I’ll need concise evaluation notes that capture the candidate’s communication skills, reliability, and any red-flag observations. If you already use scorecards or a preferred template, we can align it with my criteria.
Please be comfortable scheduling across multiple time zones and keeping each interview to its allotted slot. Ideally you’ve conducted remote hiring before and know how to keep candidates at ease while still digging deep.
Deliverables:
• Host and record each Zoom interview (links shared with me).
• Completed assessment notes within 12 hours of every session.
