2. Project Scope & Deliverables
This project is to produce 5 sets of write-ups of a selection of trade professionals who are engaged in work across global trade value chains (GVCs) to feature on the HF and QS websites, and across social media channels.
2.1. Objective of trade professional profiles
These write-ups are designed to foster awareness of and interest in
A. Careers in global trade
B. The need for graduate education to reach full career potential
C. Employment opportunities highlighting the needs of leading employers in trade for hard and soft skills for leadership development and sustainable business growth
With the outcome of increasing student visits to the International Trade Ranking on the QS and HF websites as noted above.
2.2. Deliverables
For each trade professional featured, the deliverable will be a set of materials in the pre-determined template and format to HF style guide (included at the end of this brief):

iv. All will require one quality B/W headshot
v. Long forms need several interviewee-provided color images of them in the workplace.
2.3. Initial number of write-ups
5 complete sets.
2.4. Interviewees
Hinrich Foundation will make introductions to alumni and employers in our network whom the freelance can reach out directly to arrange interviews, images, follow-up, fact-checking, review and approval.
2.5. Geographic location of interviewees
Asia
2.6. Method of interviewing
Virtual, using Teams, Zoom, or other free channels as agreed by writer and interviewee.
2.7. This project involves
i. Scheduling interviews with select trade professionals in the Hinrich Foundation network
ii. Interviewing candidates in a professional and thorough manner
iii. Liaising with interviewees for meetings, follow-up, fact checking, materials (images, etc…) and approval
iv. Submitting quality draft copy / revisions to quality and deadline
v. Proofreading pre-release content
vi. Keeping HF appraised of milestones and progress, within budget.

• What are the growing career opportunities in international trade?
• What educational pathway / skills would you suggest are needed for career advancement in your sector?
• How should one stay up to date on the latest trends in global trade?
• How can skilled leaders in global trade make positive impacts in the world (people, planet, profit)?

2.9. Project timeframe
All deliverables to be delivered and signed off by HF within 45 days of confirming project agreement.
Please provide detailed deliverable calendar with clear milestones.
