BAME Healthcare Interviewer Needed
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I’m filling a mid-level Allied Health Professions post in the UK and looking for an independent interviewer who specialises in healthcare recruitment.
You will run a single interview round with the candidate for the job and provide your feedback, the need for independent recruiter is because we are looking for a very specific candidate here having experience working with BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethinicity) diaspora.
Please outline:
• Your experience interviewing mid-level Allied Health candidates.
• How you create an unbiased, culturally sensitive interview environment.
• Your experience with any BAME candidates
Deliverables include a short-listed recommendation with scored interview notes and any red-flag concerns within 24 hours of each session. Interviews will be scheduled virtually.
