HR Assistant for Screening Calls
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Need freelancer from India only.
You will.be calling approx 15 to 20
I need support with the first round of candidate outreach. You’ll be calling applicants for their initial screening, following the script and question set I already have in place, and then locking in a suitable interview slot on our calendar tool. After each conversation, I expect a quick note in the shared tracker so I can see status.
To keep everything smooth, you should be comfortable:
• Dialing from your own phone solution.
• Speaking clearly in English and maintaining a warm, professional tone that represents our brand.
• Updating a simple spreadsheet immediately after each call.
We will provide the candidates resume.
