Email Marketing System Setup & Campaign Management (Mautic + Postal + IP Rotation)

We are launching a professional email marketing campaign and are looking for an experienced and reliable freelancer to help us set up and manage the infrastructure and campaign execution over a 3-month period.
Project Scope
Email Campaign Details:
• Newsletter series of 2 emails per week
• Campaign duration: 12 weeks (3 months)
• Total list size: ~400,000 recipients
• List must be cleaned and maintained throughout the campaign
Platform & Infrastructure:
• We already have Mautic installed on a dedicated server
• We need to set up Postal on a separate server
• Setup must include:
• IP rotation
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration
• Bounce handling and feedback loop integration
• Deliverability best practices
• Integration of UTM parameters with 3 dedicated landing pages
• Ongoing monitoring and support during the campaign (first 3 months)
Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who has successfully completed similar projects many times before
• Deep expertise in email deliverability, bulk mailing systems, and list hygiene
• Familiarity with Mautic and Postal, including server-side setup
• Able to independently handle technical setup, list validation, and analytics
• Communicative, proactive, and interested in building a long-term collaboration
