Multilingual Assistant Needed at Fastener Fair 2025
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I'm seeking a bilingual (German and Chinese) professional to assist me at the Fastener Fair Global 2025 in Stuttgart, Germany from 25 - 27 March 2025. The primary responsibilities will include translating, gathering information from exhibitors such as product catalogs, business cards, and photos from the booth, as well as asking pre-prepared questions.
The specific areas of inquiry will be focused on:
- Product specifications
- Company background
- Pricing details, particularly in relation to marketing position, supply chain, quality & certification, and potential collaboration opportunities.
The ideal candidate would be able to:
- Record responses to our questions in written notes
- Deliver these notes in a digital spreadsheet format
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in both German and Chinese, with excellent translation skills
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a trade fair or exhibition
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to ask questions on behalf of our team and accurately record responses.
