I need something but I don't know what
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a Norton security app on my iPhone and I keep getting notifications that tell me not to go to certain websites that I am not actively trying to go to. I only got the app to help me see if phone was compromised, which didn’t help at all on my iPhone, but this was interesting to me that my phone is trying to access sites without my help. Aside from that, several times google is asking me if I am me because of unusual activity on my network. Also, I keep getting access denied to certain websites due to suspicious activity. I haven’t been doing anything unusual on my phone. I did a certo scan and it says no malware is on my phone, but I don’t understand what is going on or how to stop it. My roommate doesn’t have these issues on any of her devices and she’s on the same Wi-Fi. My computer is on the same Wi-Fi and doesn’t have these issues.
It’s not just internet issues either. My Facebook has been hacked and password changed. I deactivated my Facebook for a while and whenever I reactivated it there was a login of an unknown device on a date in the period that it was deactivated. When I go to my activity log for that day of logins and log outs with list of IP addresses associated, no IP address or history of log in shows up at all. Doordash emailed me saying that my subscription was cancelled and refund was sent to my account like I requested, which I never requested. My phone will stop sharing location with people that I have shared my location with in the middle of the night.
I feel like something is going on with my phone, maybe someone has hacked my wifi or something? Apple says nothing is wrong with the software of my phone and there’s no way for them to know if anything suspicious is going on with my phone, they can just tell me that it’s not a software issue. So, I don’t know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
