We are urgently seeking a verified white hat hacker or cybersecurity professional with expertise in Teramind monitoring, remote access, and antivirus bypass techniques, to help us reconnect a lost remote session.
Background: The monitored computer is located in Colombia, and our monitoring system (based in the USA) used Teramind’s stealth agent to ensure performance, compliance, and financial integrity in a webcam modeling business. All users signed contracts agreeing to be monitored, but this is done discreetly to maintain trust and proper behavior.
Unfortunately, the connection was lost after the model ran RAV Endpoint Antivirus, which appears to have blocked Teramind. The model is a reliable employee and still has the device, and we want to avoid replacing her or the equipment.
