Scheduling and Payment App needed for my Private Music Lessons Business
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an App built for my website,
I use the Godaddy hosting site.
I need my piano students to be able to book and pay for their piano lessons.
I would like my students to be able to pay in more ways than just a credit card, because they charge such a large fee.
However they pay, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, Check or Credit Card, I could approve their booking once I receive their payment.
If it is a credit card, Zelle or PayPal it would be approved automatically, if it is cash or check, I would approve the bookings myself after receiving payment.
My students should be able to BLOCK their time slots for an entire YEAR, but are only required to pay monthly by the first lesson they take per month.
I teach 30 min ,45, and 60 minute classes with no breaks in between.
I also teach flexible time lessons for one hour based on availability.
Students lose their money if they cancel within a 12 hour period, however if they rebook that canceled lesson during an available time (mostly Saturdays)
there would be a fee:
$ if canceled 24 hours in advance, $$ if they cancel 12 hours in advance, and $$$ if they cancel before or after their lesson time.
I would like the option of blocking out days that I am NOT working, and set Available time slots myself.
I would like the option to be able to change the lesson fees and cancellation fees myself as needed.
I would also like the App to be able to add up my total income at the end of the year so that I can report the number easily for my taxes.
I would also like to be able to share the created code with other music teacher friends of mine, and they would be
able to customize the app to their specific calendars.
Does this sound like something you could create for me?
