Penetration testing for a project

I need a good penetration tester for an Application Project. Expected good skills knowledge and experience of testing & Penetration tools and techniques such as NMAP, Metaspolit, Wireshark, and The Web Application Attack and Audit Framework: W3AF. At first it would be a 5 days work, later if satisfied work is carried out then in future , more such projects will be given.
